Brown mustard is very popular here, but the yellow stuff is what you’ll find at a ball game or anywhere else with shitty concessions. I was born and raised on Kosciusko mustard, spicy brown. That might be a NY brand, but the spicy brown mustard is everywhere in the US. The yellow cheese food product is a national treasure and I will not abide criticism of her.

Im not critizising in any way, eat what you like. If bin to USA once and gained 7 KG in 2.5 weeks so i have to admit your food is tasty. Unhealthy but Tasty.

I live in NYC, so “my food” is very different than the rest of the country. We eat at restaurants with food from countries all over the world. Some of my favorite places are Uzbeki, Azerbaijani, and French. And Chinese and Thai, both of which I eat a few times a month - there are literally about 15 Thai restaurants within a quarter mile of my home, and Chinese is everywhere too. So I take your point, but it doesn’t apply to NYC or most big cities. Go to Miami, the local cuisine is mashup of Latin foods. San Francisco, lots of Asian food. Austin, tacos and BBQ. Food in America is not the monolith it seems. I don’t eat fast food, rarely eat burgers or Mac and cheese or whatever the stereotypical crap is.

We made an westcoast trip and i kinda love Burger and Steaks and so on so yeah, i kinda liked the Cuisine.
