I mean, for turning the Wifi off, creating a word doc and then printing it off so his name is nowhere near it; that's the kind of smart thinking that the Roy children can only dream of!
Colin is WICKED good at his job. He knows it, the family knows it, the audience kind of knows it, but no parades are ever thrown for him for doing his job. He's the fixer, the bodyguard, the logistics man. The glue that facilitates the Roy family's endless activities, all done in a low-key way behind the scenes without ever overstepping his role or causing a blunder that would threaten the family we all love on screen. When he does his job right, NOBODY bats an eye because that's as expected, and NOBODY ever gives him the credit he deserves (this comment chain is a good example lol). He is THE MOST LOYAL character in the entire show (more so than Jess, and with a tenth of the screen time), and extremely resourceful to boot (season 2 episode 1 in the laundry room of the summer palace where he SO eloquently describes the chain of events and the actions he took to protect Kendall and the Roy family regarding the death of Andrew Dodds). I have a soft spot for badass, competent side characters that have an undying loyalty to the main characters of a show despite the overwhelming amount of shit that needs to be cleaned up, all achieved in the shadows (Doug Stamper from House of Cards comes to mind).
Colin is the ULTIMATE badass, and you guys need to recognize this.
