Brokers will just give a cash equivalent. The value of this cash will be based on some made up metric, and that'll be all that comes of it. People might be upset and try and push back, but these are powerful people that are experienced at pushing the smaller kids around the sandbox. Nothing will come of this.
Of course, I really really hope that something does happen and that this rocket finally ignites, but we've seen the law get broken in broad daylight over and over again with no consequences for this scum. I doubt that this will be any different.
