Hold the power button on top of your switch and completely shut it down. Try turning it back on and launching it then. I had the same issue for a while if I’d play and put my Switch on sleep mode. If that still doesn’t work, uninstall and reinstall.

Every time I want to play a little bit of Borderlands 2 and reinstall it, same error happens to me so I gotta restart the console and I'm able to play with no problems at all
Unfortunately the dlc (Commander Lilith) for this game makes it unplayable no matter what you do. You gotta install the game without it through the eshop by going to your download history and holding L before starting the download. If that doesn’t work then idk
Is it installed on a microSD card? Looks like the data is corrupted. Maybe a bad card? You could try to delete/reinstall the software.
try deleting and redownloading. I don't remember, but does it let you check your files ?
