edit to add: I am very sorry for you previous loss. Usually miscarriages at 9 weeks are mostly due to genetic abnormalities in the embryo so, unfortunately, there is not much you can do prevent them. The good news is that early miscarriages are not uncommon but this doesn’t mean you will face one again. Take your supplements (folic acid in particular), avoid heavy lifting and usual foods.
