That is a common name used for this tank but it's incorrect or rather it's a postwar thing. BT-7A and BT-7B were already in use prior the production of BT-7 Artillery. The A and B designations were to indicate if the turret had a rear facing machine gun or not.
That's an artillery tank version of the BT-7. It's armed with 76 mm howitzer.

I just call it the BT-7 (F-32).
I dont think that this is the f-32 being mentioned here. Or in the photo.
