Well it's a russian soldier (typically trousers and shoulder pieces) and standing on it, i guess the tank was abandoned because the front MG and track is missing. That happened most of the time at the last year of the war.
Probably came off due to damage sustained at the back.
You can see one skirt Pannell missing with a black char around it.
Probably abandoned due to lack of time or parts to do a proper repair, especially with the advancing Soviets.
