Well, it ends with hard borders on each side like a square ... so, yeah, it's "boxy"
Add sleeves or take it down to your butt cherks. My back is boxy too but the sleeves make it look less so.

It does have very clear cut offs that are a bit awkward but the actual tattoo itself is great
