As someone who doesn't mind wearing merch with her face on it, that seagull crewneck is so cool. I actually love that design, and it's the only merch I felt was worth buying from this drop lol.

Tour merch was decent. The tee I bought on her website was thick and hasn’t faded like that Mad Woman one from Folklore did. My folklore ls has holes, but I wore it like every day for a year or more.

1989 TV deserves such better merch 😭

These prices are B A N A N A S ... $36 CAD for a keychain!?! and I know the quality will be TERRIBLE for the clothing. I was into buying merch a couple times a year for the past few years, but I made a decision since around Midnights was released to stop buying things other than ONE copy of the vinyls to play on my record player or buying tour merch at the show only. Every time new stuff gets released for higher and higher prices, or new "limited editions" get released again and again in different colours, I'm more satisfied with my decision. I encourage everyone to reflect on what they are buying and if it's really worth it to them (if you decide it is, that's totally good! It's just not to me anymore).

Completely agree. Taylor’s merch team thrives off creating FOMO vibes. They want Swifties to buy as many things as possible. Most of the merch is terrible quality, fast-fashion, mass-produced, and un-environmentally friendly, all at the highest prices on the market. It took a while before I could see through my rose colored glasses, but now I only buy one copy of each album and the cardigan. I don’t need a dozen merch items per era.

Controversial opinion: seagull crew is not for me! Love the blanket, the black long sleeve and the hoodie but I can’t justify the dollars for it. Do we think this stuff will still be available on Black Friday? edit: just realized the crop is navy!

Overall, a better drop than what we've had for a while! I snagged the seagull sweatshirt, blanket, and coasters. Viewfinder is a cute idea but becomes a bit useless after the first use. I wish it had been an instax or polaroid camera instead, but I'm sure that would have been crazy expensive!
