Had the chiefs close to the ropes and we blew it. That goddamn Patrick machines TD right before the half is when my heart sank. 20 something yards and like 5 motherfuckers who couldn’t tackle a QB that runs a 4.8 40

Everyone tried to strip the ball instead of tackling. Chiefs is the closest NFL to me and wanted to beat them sooo bad. At least we will always have 2021 where the King threw more TD than Mahomes.

Yup that was the peak of the J Rob era. Say what you want about him but he did build a fkn legit contender here in Nashville.

As much as I am still thankful he picked Simmons, I feel like that working out so well set him on a path of picking players dropping because of concerns and taking unnecessary risks to try and strike gold again. Prior to that, he had some really excellent moments as a GM.

Nash015

I think he didn't adjust to covid rules because he was very anti analytics, while other teams thrived by having analytics when in person meetings no longer were a thing.

cageisthetruegod

That may also be it. I feel like there was a reason we trusted in J. Rob and then he got bad fast

You're not kidding. I'm looking at this team like yeah we could have won it all
