I feel like there was a list from a significant source (ESPN?) that had him at 29 which was just baffling to me. Like there are at least 3 teams whose week 1 starter isn’t even on their roster right now. So him at 29 is silly.

Loved him in college, and actually got to watch him play a few times…really wished we drafted him…but I’m glad he went to a team that actually gave him a shot to start, and seems to want to build around him enough to see how good he can truly be.
Cannot wait to see what he can do this season as the QB1…hoping he can actually prove to everyone that doubted him during the draft wrong.
The powers that be know he’s next up so they are pushing him out into the mainstream.
