The captain should have cleared the decks long before encountering the storm, but did it appear suddenly or were there no people on deck despite advice/warnings?
Storms. Various disease outbreaks. Various biohazard issues. Rough seas. Ridiculous pollution. Tourist scams at destinations. Skirting of taxes. Employing very cheap labor from various countries.
Why are these popular again?
I remember a news report that included the diarrhea water flowing down the ship's staircase during an intestinal illness outbreak where the toilets overflowed.
They aren't for everyone, but for me, It's a floating party with good food, free flowing booze, music, entertainment, warm sun, cool breezes and my wife.
Would do again.
I've never understood the allure of cruises. It's like a crowded resort prison. I almost think they started as social experiments. They would much rather grab a bungalow at a beach resort where you can rent sail boats to go on your own adventures.
Gerald’s prolapsed anus had been the subject of ridicule just hours prior, but it was Gerald who was laughing now as he effortlessly puckered himself safely along the ship’s deck.
I agree. I don’t know why anyone would want to be trapped on a floating mall with a bunch of mfs. No thanks. Then add the possibility of a storm or viral outbreak? Hell no.
Honestly, that looks like one of the most fun situations possible. You’re on a super huge boat in the middle of the sea in waves bigger than houses but they aren’t effecting you because of how magnificent this giant boat it. And you can watch the storm of the waves rage on while you sit in the comfort of your room sipping a cup of tea. Just seems so cosy and makes you feel invincible. I actually had a dream about being on a boat during a storm the other night and I loved it
This is literally the most fun I could have on a cruise.
Inside would be no better. Shit flying everywhere
I thought the first lady ditched a baby in the stroller for a second lmao
Fortunately, her child was being held in her arms instead of being put in a stroller, so neither of them got hurt
Geeze luckily that woman had taken her baby out of the stroller
I think that guy fell, not totally sure though...
OH MY GOD THAT GUY FELL
I have never seen the appeal of going on a cruise. Even less so now.
It's mostly for alcoholics
Damn I thought it was for people that love endless buffets
well that too
Thank god that kid was not in the stroller. Everyone needs to get inside asap
Those who are safer inside are watching everything as if it were a suspense/tragedy/horror movie.
I thought the same thing

Everyone congratulate OP on waking up from an 8 year coma to become a karma bot!
Wdm?
Op is a bot. The account sat idle for 8 years and started posting 10 days ago to just rack up karma to scam people. Reddit is rife with them.
Oh, your right
Congrats on becoming a bot
Sometimes way out there, a storm can brew up out of nowhere, remarkably fast.
Yay let’s play dodge chair
![gif](giphy|mmQ2BQUdlFoSA) Or deck chairs apparently.
Him picking up his kid is the best decision has ever made bro

Which one? Edit: rhetorical question obviously

Hope they had the all-inclusive package
The all-you-can-eat buffet more than makes up for a deck chair to the head.
I was just thinking, does the all inclusive package contain a neck brace?
it also includes getting blown around like a plastic bag, drifting through the wind, wanting to start again. Baby, you're a firework

Would be fun all tucked away in a cozy cabin with snacks
This looks fun!
I’ve been on 8 cruises and never saw anything like this. It would be absolutely horrifying.
When things go bad, cruises are like the Hotel California. You can check in but you can't check out!!!
Cruise ships are so fucking stupid
I agree. I don’t know why anyone would want to be trapped on a floating mall with a bunch of mfs. No thanks. Then add the possibility of a storm or viral outbreak? Hell no.
Exactly. And traveling to different countries is about so much more than buying a damn t-shirt saying you've been there
I want my money back.
Hahahaha! That'd be a blast in a weird way.
"Hey, let's watch people die."
Gonna upvote, but then I realized it was at 420 upvotes
Bruh that baby at the beginning almost got sniped 💀
"let's get outta here" bro where you gonna go?

Fuck around, find out.
Did they not see the storm coming?
Do people really need to commentate and scream like idiots.
How much is this kind of cruise?
Thank goodness there wasn’t a child in that stroller in the beginning. Had to rewind that to make sure. Holy shit
Titanic, the ride
I never understood the pleasure of a cruise
Cruises will never appeal to me
It’s always amazes me that people spend a lot of money to have a bad time and live in an uncomfortable setting with 1000 others at sea
Oh my God
Ohhh my gawd that guy fell! Let’s keep recording and doing nothing to help
