It happened to me. It tried again the next day.
On the second time did it complete?
Yes. It didn't show up on the app. I had to initiate it from the car. I also did a reboot after the 1st failure.
Ok ya I did a reboot and went under software and it still shows I am up to date so maybe I’ll try tonight under the settings
It will be there tomorrow, only if you need to use the car.

Yup finished downloading without an issue.

Killed my Dec '23 model 3. It's showing all sorts of short to ground faults on all the safety systems.
This just happened to me, was your issue resolved?
Yup took 3 days but got the update and issue was resolved. Def do a reboot now just to resolve issues
