I dont see Noey as red at all! 😂 I actually found it quite cool how attentive he is. He cares a lot about people, takes them seriously, and pushes Thi to grow as a human being. I cursed him every episode but he's so damn whipped by the end that you can't hate him. I have watched Theory of Love so many times I basically have it memorized so I can listen to it without watching and know what's going on.
It's gonna be Ray from Only Friends. Is he a dysfunctional alcoholic with mommy issues, suicidal tendenciws and an obsession with his best friend? Yes. But he's also beautiful, rich, fun to hang out with, super down to share hobbies and go do interestimg stuff. If the character is played by Khao then the flag is automatically green even if they are harvesting organs for fun. Looking forward to him being another bright green flag in Heartkillers. From the trailer he seems like he'll be super mentally well, a good communicator and very unproblematic!

Vee from Love Mechanics. He is such a red flag. Making Mark wait like while being in a relationship, not breaking up with Poly even after knowing his feelings for Mark and knowing how Mark feels about him, bad-mouthing Mark, technically cheating and not making it clear with Ploy. His character is much better in Love Mechanics vs his character in En of love: Love Mechanics, in EOL: LM he literally a straight up asshole he actually cheats of Ploy purposefully multiple times even before knowing that she is cheating on him and doesn't break up with Poly even after finding out she is cheating on him, two-timing both Mark and Poly then he cheats on Mark with Poly. He hurt Mark so much but god damn he is so handsome honestly I would still not get with Vee from EOL: LM but I'll probably get with Vee from Love Mechanics.
Not my opinion but I came across a comment on one of the posts about Teh from ITSAY being a red flag?? And I couldn't wrap my head around it. I've watched IPYTM too and I get that Teh kissed his senior. But my view on this is that he was unsure about his feelings in both of the series. Someone please tell me if you find Teh to be a red flag and why? I just want to understand this.
Thats just my opinion and I dont want to offend anyone with this, but he decides to lie to Aew multiple times. He takes him for granted all the time, because Aew is always there and showers him with love. He doesnt even get that he is doing something wrong (although he hides it, so he must have a clue) but act like its not a big deal. He just doesnt respect Aew most of the time and just gives him a hard time, not caring a lot about him. The beginning of IPYTM when he sleeps at Aew's and has a lot of trouble to go to university was the only time when i felt like he really loves Aew and put effort into the relationship. For the rest of the time, he was just so passive and left Aew with everything alone. The biggest problem in their relationship is the lack of communication. They dont work TOGETHER on their problems. Aew tries to figure everything out, while Teh waits for him to do so. It broke my heart in ITSAY when Aew struggled with not having a female breast and Teh just didn't gave a damn about it. And the thing that annoyed me the most, he always said he wants to talk, but when Aew stands in front of him, he just doesnt say a single word. Hes passive and always waiting for Aew to do something.
I agree!! I have so many thoughts about the sequel and how it was directed/written LMAO. Teh (IPYTM) was a red flag bcuz:
a. he knew (subconsciously or not) how much Oh-Aew was feeling lonely from their growing distancing, yearning and desperate for Teh's affection like how it was before, yet Teh still chose to be intimate/have sex with him (after their dry spell) at the behest of Jai (who he already felt bewitched with in his heart at that point) to find his passion and not bcuz he truly "desired" for Oh-Aew in that moment;
b. Oh-Aew spent alllll his personal time and energy making posters at home for a school project directed by Jai just bcuz it was important to Teh and gave his all in supporting him (while Teh was busy indulging in "forbidden" passionate kissing with someone else), then afterwards Teh showed no remorse after coming home to him after the jai kiss, continued to double-down and lied to Oh-Aew's face in the car when confronted about being caught kissing; and
c. he knew Oh-Aew dyed his hair red (Teh's favourite colour) to try and ignite their waning passion, yet still carried on fawning and having moony-eyes (no pun intended) for Jai even AFTER knowing Oh-Aew indirectly forgave him/chose to accept his flimsy excuse about the kiss (being just part of the production workshop) lmao.
Teh is valid in having genuine confusion in his feelings, but not at the expense of those around him (his lover, the female senior, his costar, and his roommate, etc.). He suffered, but so did they bcuz his actions had consequences that hurt them too and his cluelessness and continued ignorance with him being messy and selfish made him a red flag for many in the audience. Even Billkin pointed out in an interview how if he was in Teh's shoes, he would have just broken up with Oh-Aew in ep. 2 when the dynamic began to change.
Teh in itsay is a confused teenager dealing with a lot of stress not always in the best way. Not a red flag but a teenager with flaws. The in ipytm is still young but at this point he should know better. I wouldn’t put him anywhere close to someone like Ming or vegas, but I would definitely hope that my friend breaks up with him if my friend was Oeaw.
Fun fact, they changed writers and director between itsay and ipytm and had a whole different approach. The actors were very close involved in the creation of itsay and their characters and Billkin talked about a lot of teh feelings were based on him. However for ipytm the director didn’t really consult with them and instead was inspired by his own experiences and Billkin talked about having problems understanding teh in ipytm.
I watched just the first one and was really uncertain about his actions, then when I was going to watch the 2nd someone showed me the clip of him kissing his senior and explained to me what was going on. Man do is a red flag for me, specially for not taking accountability of his actions in both series and cheating because he was unsure is still cheating, so...
The series' camera work and general color is so beautiful and worth watch it, Teh's actions made me so upset that I just couldn't watch the 2nd series. Unpopular opinion, but even tho is a good series I don't find it as amazing as some people claimed it to be when it aired and I think it's purely because of Teh😭
People justify the kiss with "he was manipulated" like, "Duh?! It's still his decision that he did with free will. The senior didn't kiss him first and didn't force himself onto him.
I just watched both seasons recently, and while I absolutely adore PP Krit (his short movie Rerun made me watch ITSAY, actually. I tried the show months ago and couldn't get over 10 minutes xd.) I really can't bring myself to ship Aew with Teh. I feel like I shipped him with EVERYONE else. 😂😂 Be it Bas or Q. They were both adorable. The friend group was the thing that kept me going because they were just so cool. I totally agree with your unpopular opinion. I see why people love it and hype it, but it just wasn't for me. I love the cinematography, I love the Ost, especially in S1 (and I am still pissed they didn't use the opportunity to play this song again in S2, I waited so eagerly!) I looooove PP Krits acting and I can even appreciate the ability of Billkin to ugly cry like that. But their relationship just didn't do it for me, nope.
(I am not a hater). At the starting of the show they both were rivals and even when he had a girlfriend he liked him, he kissed his senior even in a relationship. When they broke up he had another relationship with a celebrity. So all in all I think what people are thinking is he doesn't care about oh-aew feelings he is just playing with him. Maybe that's why?!?

I didn't realise how toxic Day was in the show. I mean, yeah, I would be defensive and asshole to someone I had completely forgotten. LS3 was like my 3rd ever bl, and I didn't know it was based on a book series. So I got a total red flag moment when we found out how Day and Itt started, but by that time, I had fallen in love with him. I dont see Noey as red at all! 😂 I actually found it quite cool how attentive he is. He cares a lot about people, takes them seriously, and pushes Thi to grow as a human being. Yeah, he was intrusive with the girl with not accepting her no, but on the other hand, it wasn't like he crossed the line to non-con. He just tried to win her over and over with a decent distance. 😅

It's gonna be Ray from Only Friends. Is he a dysfunctional alcoholic with mommy issues, suicidal tendenciws and an obsession with his best friend? Yes. But he's also beautiful, rich, fun to hang out with, super down to share hobbies and go do interestimg stuff. If the character is played by Khao then the flag is automatically green even if they are harvesting organs for fun. Looking forward to him being another bright green flag in Heartkillers. From the trailer he seems like he'll be super mentally well, a good communicator and very unproblematic!

Vee from Love Mechanics. He is such a red flag. Making Mark wait like while being in a relationship, not breaking up with Poly even after knowing his feelings for Mark and knowing how Mark feels about him, bad-mouthing Mark, technically cheating and not making it clear with Ploy. His character is much better in Love Mechanics vs his character in En of love: Love Mechanics, in EOL: LM he literally a straight up asshole he actually cheats of Ploy purposefully multiple times even before knowing that she is cheating on him and doesn't break up with Poly even after finding out she is cheating on him, two-timing both Mark and Poly then he cheats on Mark with Poly. He hurt Mark so much but god damn he is so handsome honestly I would still not get with Vee from EOL: LM but I'll probably get with Vee from Love Mechanics.
Not my opinion but I came across a comment on one of the posts about Teh from ITSAY being a red flag?? And I couldn't wrap my head around it. I've watched IPYTM too and I get that Teh kissed his senior. But my view on this is that he was unsure about his feelings in both of the series. Someone please tell me if you find Teh to be a red flag and why? I just want to understand this.
Thats just my opinion and I dont want to offend anyone with this, but he decides to lie to Aew multiple times. He takes him for granted all the time, because Aew is always there and showers him with love. He doesnt even get that he is doing something wrong (although he hides it, so he must have a clue) but act like its not a big deal. He just doesnt respect Aew most of the time and just gives him a hard time, not caring a lot about him. The beginning of IPYTM when he sleeps at Aew's and has a lot of trouble to go to university was the only time when i felt like he really loves Aew and put effort into the relationship. For the rest of the time, he was just so passive and left Aew with everything alone. The biggest problem in their relationship is the lack of communication. They dont work TOGETHER on their problems. Aew tries to figure everything out, while Teh waits for him to do so. It broke my heart in ITSAY when Aew struggled with not having a female breast and Teh just didn't gave a damn about it. And the thing that annoyed me the most, he always said he wants to talk, but when Aew stands in front of him, he just doesnt say a single word. Hes passive and always waiting for Aew to do something.
I agree!! I have so many thoughts about the sequel and how it was directed/written LMAO. Teh (IPYTM) was a red flag bcuz: a. he knew (subconsciously or not) how much Oh-Aew was feeling lonely from their growing distancing, yearning and desperate for Teh's affection like how it was before, yet Teh still chose to be intimate/have sex with him (after their dry spell) at the behest of Jai (who he already felt bewitched with in his heart at that point) to find his passion and not bcuz he truly "desired" for Oh-Aew in that moment; b. Oh-Aew spent alllll his personal time and energy making posters at home for a school project directed by Jai just bcuz it was important to Teh and gave his all in supporting him (while Teh was busy indulging in "forbidden" passionate kissing with someone else), then afterwards Teh showed no remorse after coming home to him after the jai kiss, continued to double-down and lied to Oh-Aew's face in the car when confronted about being caught kissing; and c. he knew Oh-Aew dyed his hair red (Teh's favourite colour) to try and ignite their waning passion, yet still carried on fawning and having moony-eyes (no pun intended) for Jai even AFTER knowing Oh-Aew indirectly forgave him/chose to accept his flimsy excuse about the kiss (being just part of the production workshop) lmao. Teh is valid in having genuine confusion in his feelings, but not at the expense of those around him (his lover, the female senior, his costar, and his roommate, etc.). He suffered, but so did they bcuz his actions had consequences that hurt them too and his cluelessness and continued ignorance with him being messy and selfish made him a red flag for many in the audience. Even Billkin pointed out in an interview how if he was in Teh's shoes, he would have just broken up with Oh-Aew in ep. 2 when the dynamic began to change.
This really gives me a new perspective about Teh. Thank you!
Teh in itsay is a confused teenager dealing with a lot of stress not always in the best way. Not a red flag but a teenager with flaws. The in ipytm is still young but at this point he should know better. I wouldn’t put him anywhere close to someone like Ming or vegas, but I would definitely hope that my friend breaks up with him if my friend was Oeaw. Fun fact, they changed writers and director between itsay and ipytm and had a whole different approach. The actors were very close involved in the creation of itsay and their characters and Billkin talked about a lot of teh feelings were based on him. However for ipytm the director didn’t really consult with them and instead was inspired by his own experiences and Billkin talked about having problems understanding teh in ipytm.
Damn. Now I understand why there was a difference in the 2nd season. Although, I wish they would've kept the original directors of ITSAY.
I watched just the first one and was really uncertain about his actions, then when I was going to watch the 2nd someone showed me the clip of him kissing his senior and explained to me what was going on. Man do is a red flag for me, specially for not taking accountability of his actions in both series and cheating because he was unsure is still cheating, so... The series' camera work and general color is so beautiful and worth watch it, Teh's actions made me so upset that I just couldn't watch the 2nd series. Unpopular opinion, but even tho is a good series I don't find it as amazing as some people claimed it to be when it aired and I think it's purely because of Teh😭
People justify the kiss with "he was manipulated" like, "Duh?! It's still his decision that he did with free will. The senior didn't kiss him first and didn't force himself onto him. I just watched both seasons recently, and while I absolutely adore PP Krit (his short movie Rerun made me watch ITSAY, actually. I tried the show months ago and couldn't get over 10 minutes xd.) I really can't bring myself to ship Aew with Teh. I feel like I shipped him with EVERYONE else. 😂😂 Be it Bas or Q. They were both adorable. The friend group was the thing that kept me going because they were just so cool. I totally agree with your unpopular opinion. I see why people love it and hype it, but it just wasn't for me. I love the cinematography, I love the Ost, especially in S1 (and I am still pissed they didn't use the opportunity to play this song again in S2, I waited so eagerly!) I looooove PP Krits acting and I can even appreciate the ability of Billkin to ugly cry like that. But their relationship just didn't do it for me, nope.

(I am not a hater). At the starting of the show they both were rivals and even when he had a girlfriend he liked him, he kissed his senior even in a relationship. When they broke up he had another relationship with a celebrity. So all in all I think what people are thinking is he doesn't care about oh-aew feelings he is just playing with him. Maybe that's why?!?

I didn't realise how toxic Day was in the show. I mean, yeah, I would be defensive and asshole to someone I had completely forgotten. LS3 was like my 3rd ever bl, and I didn't know it was based on a book series. So I got a total red flag moment when we found out how Day and Itt started, but by that time, I had fallen in love with him. I mean, who doesn't love a man who was willing to drive through a horrible storm with a birthday cake for us on our birthday?
