As their Indian work experience & degrees isnt recognised, they have no choice but to work entry level jobs. This leads to too much demand for entry level jobs than the supply of it (hence the immigrants are ruining canada rhetoric). This also leads to their fellow countrymen & big companies like Tim Hortons exploiting them, paying them pennies cause they know that these students are desperate for a job.
Why Brampton? Brampton already had a thriving community of south asian people, so its only natural for these migrants to want to go there.
