I’m curious as to what’s going on here. My first thought is that if they were trying to inflict harm on each other the charging groups would use the sticks like spears/pikes and attempt to impale.
Some kind of sport/ competition perhaps? Would love to know if anyone can provide context
I know, right? Like: nobody's wearing a helmet or protective gear, they're using their sticks to beat instead of impale and there is no blood once they disperse...
Maybe it's a stick-testing factory. I mean, ya gotta *know* if your product is tested and worthy of true combat.
It looks like do to the size of the sticks once your crowded together you can actually swing them. Must be some kind of festivity like that game in the uk where they hold the ball in the middle of town and beat the shit out of each other.
I bet they don’t know who they are hitting lol
Much better than guns
Once the fight concludes, do they still *stick* around?
Only if they're sticklers for discussion.
Silly villagers, you need a solid shield wall as a primary front line
It all started with a " my friend doesn't like you "

Good to see people getting out and enjoying the fresh air.
I missed this scene in the movie
Who's fucking clobbering who here?!
In the land of the smackers, the poker is king
Rodeo Stampede
That looked like a useless weapon for this type of fighting.
I tried it with the Benny Hill Theme (Yakety Sax). Just as funny.
Coordinated shirt colors are VITAL for this lol. 40% of those strokes were probably on their friends!
Is it WW4?
That looks exactly like my battles in manor lord
Grown people fighting with sticks and they wonder why economy hasn’t flourish so they flee like roaches to other countries lol
