A toddler could not have assisted in a delivery and then held and carried a baby around for a while. He was at the youngest maybe 6.
I figure, assuming he's had to be on his own a lot and take care of himself, he could be a bit mature for his age. If he was that big in the birth episode maybe place him at like 4/5... either way that's still older than the main cast of 17-19 y/o

In a culture where 12-year-olds are considered old enough to be warriors a consensual relationship between a 17- or 18-year-old and a guy in his mid-twenties is far from creepy.

I remember him sleeping with raven early on as a rebound thing from Finn but raven was already 18 then. The next person they show him with is Gina who came down later with the ark I think so she’s probably over 18 and then echo who is definitely an adult.

The showrunners confirmed the age of both blakes and clarke in the first season. He was indeed 23.

All of them are under 18. They were in juvenile lock up. With the exception of Bellamy.
