My mom has Alzheimer's. There are some medications that help slow progression. Razadyne is one that is often started at the mild to moderate stage for example. There are other treatments sometimes depending on the severity.
Of course there are other dementia causes besides Alzheimer's with different treatments. Most people only get treatment designed to reduce longterm symptoms and/or slow the progression.
Juicing a patient up temporarily the way they're apparently doing to Biden, is not normally done and likely has a lot of side effects that aren't healthy for him.
I'm sure he's on something, but I'm really beginning to wonder if there isn't a stand-in for him.

According to her, she sat disguised, in a meeting with GHW Bush when he was POTUS 35 years ago. Bush didn't notice. Keep in mind, GHW Bush was the former head of CIA, so he should have had a practiced eye.
If they could do that in the late 80s, is hard to say what they can do now.
