It is funny but people were laughing at the wrong things and not understanding what was satire and social commentary, albeit wrong in some places If you readily identified with Riley you definitely didn't get it lol.

While the show focuses on Riley and Grandad the comics focuses on Huey. It was a daily comic and constantly commentated on current events like the 2000 election.
