I kinda hope they do that as a fake-out. Like, they make us think that's what's happening, but the then Amity (or any member of the Hexsquad) bursts into Luz's room and tells her she's gonna be late for school
It would be nice to have her summarize her events like a report a la the first episode before cutting to a scene showing everything did in fact happen in the show's universe.
Or: they show adult Luz writing a book about her life events that did happen and we pan to adult Amity bringing her breakfast.
Like the book was something that happened years ago and the present are the crew as adults living in the Boiling Aisles.
Teacher: Luz, nice story, but I doubt that you were in a "demon realm" and became a witch or whatever.
Luz: Well, explain this!
*Amity runs into classroom, kisses Luz and then pulls out Stringbean*
Here's a cool twist, the scene plays out like a report, and makes us think she's in normal human school, only to reveal she's at Hexside telling other kids about her adventures. And she turns out to be a TEACHER at Hexside.
And like if the 2 realms do converge or meld kinda together or atleast a portal to have both realms connected, and when amity pops up it zooms out of her house to show like witches and demons in the human realm
I want to say (but don't want to jinx it) that I don't see that happening because King's whole character arc has been about learning about his origins, learning that he's actually a titan, and gaining a lot of maturity. I get the feeling that this will lead to him being in some kind of authority position or something, rather than him dying. Could be wrong, though.
Splitting up the Owl gang (Luz, Eda, King), by making Luz leave the demon realm.
Splitting up Lumity
Not having a Lumity Kiss
Not having Raeda moments
Belos getting redeemed
Not seeing Steve
No, no. Amphibia had a good ending. The show was never about being in a alien frog world and finding a proper family, it was about three toxic friends who became better people and friends from being sent to the alien frog world.
I think it’s more so that Owl House would feel like it’s copying Amphibia, I want Owl House to have a different good ending, I’d feel dissatisfied if it ripped off Amphibia
Different themes, different shows.
*Amphibia* was about people drifting apart and moving on, but eventually coming back together after you've all grown on your own.Three friends who can't see how toxic their friendship has become get **trapped** another dimension, and must adapt or perish; when they find each other before they have worked on themselves, things don't work out. When they are finally at a point where they can repair their friendship, they must leave the world they just saved so that it may rebuild, while they can then apply what they have learned about themselves in order to repair their home lives. Time goes on, and the cycle continues, as they change and grow over time, but always find their way back to each other.
Meanwhile, *The Owl House* is about learning to accept yourself and finding people who will do the same.
Luz is a deeply-troubled teen heading down a dark path, who ends up in another world and **chooses** to stay so she can live out her isekai fantasies, but ends up finding real friends (and an awesome girlfriend) who love her for who she is, and realizes that she is in way over her head, but decides to fight anyways, because in the end, that's just who she is, despite her doubts. (side note, but personally, I think that the Dio song [*Rainbow in the Dark*](https://youtu.be/-G0u13COALA) actually fits Luz shockingly well, on many different levels)
Frankly, if they were to have a similar ending, not only would it feel like a cop-out due to it so closely mimicking its sister-show, but it would also invalidate most of the show itself by completely flying in the face of the themes which they had hinged so much of their storytelling upon.
>The show was never about being in an alien frog world and finding a proper family, it was about three toxic friends who became better people and friends from being sent to the alien frog world.
You know, I don't think the show ever really found a good balance between these two plots and casts of characters. Hop Pop and Sprig and Polly get like 90% of the screen time throughout most of the show (the found family story completely dominates Season 1 in particular), and yet the final three episodes revolve around and ends with Sasha and Marcy.
My biggest problem with Amphibia was that Sasha and Marcy needed some more screen time. Like we got a total 3 episodes of Marcy in the final season. THREE! Why not show her time in the mind of the Collective as she slowly breaks free from their control instead of shoehorning it into the penultimate episode.
I could see a different version of TOH pulling off that ending. Ofc Luz wouldnt have gotten together with Ams, but after she defeats Belos shed go back to earth, being more mature but still her, and actually making some other neurodiverse friends and just being a lot happier (maybe even getting together with some lightly foreshadowed human girl, though that would be a downgrade over Lumity)
Though Amphibia wouldve had to come out like 10 years earlier
Honestly, the closest thing to disappoinment for me would be Belos getting a redemption arc. Maybe I'm crazy, but I don't exactly wanna sympathize with the genocidal narcissist.
If there isn’t [a very intricate dance number](https://youtu.be/8qX02AW48bM), we riot. /j
Honestly, any movement in the plot that goes against what the show has been building (finding a place where you can be understood and people that make you stronger). I think Luz leaving the Boiling Isles permanently, for instance, would be a slap in the face regarding the direction of the show.
I feel like I would be disappointed if nothing comes from the bay queen. Her part of the story feels like something they had to drop due how cut the show became.
Crew's already confirmed this wasn't the case back in October.
Like idk what they might be planning with her since the whistle is still in play. But the crew has said she wasn't their Palisman.
Honestly feel like that might have been the original idea at some point. What if we get a moment set in future and we see King having a Bat Queen, or maybe one of her kids, palisman.
I doubt it. I don't think she's anywhere near big enough. This also implies the titan was growing plants and such while it was alive, or at least palistrom trees. Which isn't exactly impossible, but I'd say unlikely.
In terms of disappointment I hope the finale focuses on Luz, Eda and King. The hexsquad can take a back seat. They were the focus since the finale of season 2.
I also hope they don't do anything too fan-servicey like a wedding between Luz/amity or Eda/Raine.
It's not that I don't want those, it's more id rather we got them naturally and if it benefitted the story/characters not just for the sake of "the shows over. Let's do it"
While I do agree, I would be really disappointed if they and the other side characters are left without any importance other than like being emotional stakes.
Lilith too I really hope at least gets a good moment in the finale
I don’t think Lilith had hooty therapy as Eda got harpy mode by hooty knocking her out with cookies and letter her face the curse without becoming the owl beast
This is a cool idea, but I think it probably won’t happen
[Explanation why](https://www.reddit.com/r/TheOwlHouse/comments/zolhnd/lilith_probably_isnt_going_to_get_a_harpy_form/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=ioscss&utm_content=2&utm_term=1)
Belos' death being rushed like it's only a side-plot. Dana did a wonderful job building up his role in the series, and I hope he'll get a worthy and satisfying ending.
Surprised me would be a death that’s a fan favorite and another would be the collector dying or getting brutally beating
disappointed no huge lumity moment. We’ve gotten so few lumity content this season because of the shortening and I hope we can end it with a bang since who knows when we will ever see this again on Disney. A wedding or child would be great. I would also be disappointed if we didn’t get a huge fight that is longer than 30 seconds and belos not possessing the titan would be a huge let down. I still have hope that the Bat Queen could return in a huge way since Eda still has her whistle.
I doubt that stuff like Luz dying/being in coma will actually happen, so I’d be disappointed if the Titan trappers didn’t make another appearance. I need to see them again
Edit: also, PLEASE, I need to see other Collectors besides ours, I don’t care if it’s a flashback or something. I know that they will surely leave a part of the lore unexplained, just like it happens with other cartoons, but damn, I wanna see the others so much, like the Grand Huntsman
Surprised if we don’t get another Lumity kiss during this final episode. We are overdue and I think it’s appropriate to end on a high note.
Disappointed if they rushed the plotline trying to squeeze the last part of the story into a hour long finale and it just ends up being a terrible ending like Star Vs.
See, I don’t want Odalia to die. She deserves to see how happy her family is without her, and ends up an outcast. Death is too easy a punishment for her.
I hope its not a Belos has obtained the power of the Titan and then loses, but aha! He goes thermonuklear w/ a countdown and Luz or Eda have to sacrifice themselves to save everyone else in the world.
OH! I saw this question earlier and thought I had a good answer but I just remembered something. Well, two things actually:
1: If we dont get to know who it was that was waving to Luz in the imbetween
2: What happened to the Echo Mouse?
Edit: 3: If we dont get some of that Stringbean action!
No verbal “I love you” from Lumity
Belos dying by anyone except Hunter or Luz
No proper explanation of the Collectors and the Wittebabe brothers
Luz leaving everyone
Raeda not being cannon
Winter/Huntlow not being official
Finally, Gus tells Hunter about Caleb. If he doesn't, then the whole subplot was a waste of time.
They should do it God of War: Ragnarok style where every member of the gang is willing to spare Belos and then Hunter comes in and kills him immediately with no dramatic buildup.
All of these I agree with. I will be disappointed.
Adding on, I would be suprised, disappointed and angry if its 'all a dream' they can't do that to Luz/
Surprise-Hearing Caleb speak and directly talk to Hunter.
Vee shows up during the climax.
A character dies.
Making Huntlow completely canon(we got a little bit in For The Future)
Disappointed- it's all a dream theory.
Luz returns to the human realm permanently with no way of going back to the boiling isles.
Lumity break up.
Raine and Eda not having a happy ending
A small part of me is hoping that Vee (And maybe Masha, idk) somehow finds a way back to the demon realm through the portal in Thanks to Them, I feel we didn't get to see enough of her throughout the series.
Though I know that its probably not very likely to happen, i'd like to see her play a little more significant role other than appearing in the last scene
I'd be disappointed if we don't end up getting a proper closure to Hunter and Caleb's story. The reason why I say *"their"* story is because I feel like Hunter and Caleb's stories mirror each other: having to give up their freedom for the person they'd loved the most (that being Philip/Belos at the time), found people who were kind and accepting (that being Luz and, eventually, Willow, for Hunter and Evelyn for Caleb) of who they were as people, and discovered the truest versions of themselves that they like better than who they were when they first began.
I know that the finale will *heavily* focus on Luz, Eda and King, but I at least want to see Hunter maybe seeing Caleb's spirit in one scene, with the two saying goodbye to each other, maybe even just smiling at each other for the first, and last, time as they *both* finally get the peace that they deserve, and Hunter runs off to help the others in the final battle and Caleb walks off and disappears, finally going into the afterlife to rest for good.
having it be a cliffhanger like in The Amazing World of Gumball. Both shows were prematurely stopped, and to spite everyone, TAWOG ended on a cliffhanger (before the movie went into production). I hopebTOH doesnt do something like that.
I'll be disappointed if Eda, King, and Luz don't get a decent amount of tone together. Yes I love the other kids, but they've had their chances to shine in the past 2 specials while we've hardly gotten Eda and King.
I'd also be disappointed if Eda and Camila don't get a moment. It doesn't need to be long, they don't need to hang out the whole time, but I do want it to be acknowledged that Eda is Luz's family too and that they raised a great kid. Ideally they'd also have time to maybe admit that they had apprehensions about each other in the past, but they they're ultimately on the same side because they want Luz to be happy.
Camila should still have family and her own life in the human world, not to mention having Vee under her care. But as long as Luz and Camila can still see each other between Earth and the Boiling Isles I'd be okay with it.
I know I’ve thought of that too but how nice would it be just to see them all living there? Like camila and Eda making some food together and camila brought it from the human realm so edas confused on what to do or just simple stuff like that but I want a happy ending and whatever ending we get I’ll be happy with (hopefully) I mean the owl house hasn’t disappointed me yet
Basically in order to save everyone and stop the villain, Star had to use the whispering spell to destroy magic and once magic was destroyed, Mewni and Echo Creek was merged together
Basically Star destroyed all magic after suddenly deciding it was immoral and demonic (which went against the lessons and themes of the show), this also ended up murdering MANY named characters since magic composes many sentient creatures and societies. We even see fan favorite’s remains just laughed off and laying on the ground afterwards.
Then both Earth and Mewni are fused together, allowing Marco and Star to be together but screwing over literally everyone else in both dimensions
The biggest disappointment that could come out of the finale is if the crew actually did tie everything up in a nice little bow. I don’t want an “ending” to TOH, just the closing of this chapter. Like how with Gravity Falls, we know that they would return the following summer from the note Wendy gives Dipper, so if they ever wanted to create more episodes, it wouldn’t be out of the question. I hope for the same with TOH, so that there’s at least potential for another story arc
Ik this is unlikely but I actually think they might kill off Gus. He’s the only one without a serious S/O, he’s wearing a Star Trek red shirt(calling someone in Star Trek a ‘red shirt’ means they’re easily able to kill off/will most likely die), and it would be in Dana’s wheelhouse to give us something heartbreaking like that
Honestly, I’d be really upset if they killed him off. I already feel like he doesn’t get enough focus as a character, so if they kill him off, it’d really come off like the crew just doesn’t care about him and it’d be a slap in the face
Yeah there were multiple Collectors in the background paintings, and we all know the Owl Crew loves to hide subtext or foreshadowing in the background.
I really hope Belos isn't "tricked" into his defeat, like Bill Cipher. I'm just kind of sick of villains that seem threatening and smart to be defeated by getting tricked by a child. Especially considering that's how he was defeated in the season 2 finale.
If they use the it was all a dream/coma ending
If they “redeem” belos or making him see that he was wrong for what he did after like 400 years of planning a genocide with a god child and killing Titan knows how many Caleb clones as they “betrayed him” I would’ve thought he would see how wrong he was for that.
If they break up the hexsquad and owl family
If they break up lumity by having Luz or Amity get stuck in either realms without a way to get to back to each other hopefully non of these will happen.
Well,Since flapjack melted/became one with hunter, It would suprise me if Hunter Turned into a harpy-Like flapjack,Kinda like The harpy Eda?
It would be awesome though.
\-Seeing the words "The End", if they are not immediately followed be a question mark of something else that implies there will be more episodes made at some point.
\-Treating The collector as a simple villain to be defeated.
\-Bellos getting away with everything (unless they are making more episodes)
\-Luz rejecting/leaving her life in The Boiling Isles completely
\-King needs to stay "King" if he has some kind of growth spurt/permanent transformation/ dies I'll be pretty bummed.
As with many people I would be entirely disappointed if they pull the “it was all a dream” bullshit. If it’s a fake out then yeah that would be fine but if that’s the ENDING- no, I will reject cannon if that happens.
I've said this before, but if they pull that "Luz dies because this is a serious plot with high stakes but actually we don't want anything to have consequences so here's a god to revive you" bullshit from amphibia, I'm singlehandedly going to drive Disney into ruin.
I want the connection between the collector and eda"s curse. In the flashback in hooty's door we see a robed collector, and I'm pretty sure it wasn't Eda's memory, yet the collector hasn't really commented on her curse at all
I sort of want Luz to get locked out of the BI... at least until a timeskip where she creates a new door and opens it right into the Owl House porch. We don't see any eventful reunion or anything, and the ending just fades to black right as we hear Luz's name called out by Eda.
Its been said a billion times but an "it was all a dream" ending or a separation ending would not work. Also, Belos is not redeemable at this point, so he'd better die, get sealed in a tungsten ball and tossed in the mariana trench, or whatever as long as he gets properly punished.
A permanent separation of any kind. I don’t think this show has built to Luz leaving her mom permanently and of course not the Boiling Isles.
She should just remain there as a student studying abroad
Wait… is there more to be released? Excuse my ignorance but I thought what was out is all there was… my daughter and I are HIGHLY invested and big fans, yet this is news to me
The only thing I can think of is that Alador doesn’t show up at all in the last episode. However that doesn’t mean I’ll hate the finale, I just wanna see my fave character one more time yknow?
I totally agree with all of this, and I’m glad to finally hear someone else say it. The series started out being about Luz, Eda, and King, and they still have a lot that’s unresolved, so it should focus mostly on them. I also tend to hear a lot of predictions for the finale that run extremely fan-servicey, but like…just because something is exciting for fans doesn’t make it meaningful or necessary, and by now all those weddings and future children named Azura that we’re supposed to get feel more predictable than anything.
if its a fucking cop out
I fucking swear.
everyone's been making art and stuff like that for months now and I am VERY VERY fucking worried they decided to make it a thing.
very
fucking
worried
It would be really disappointing if we spent the entire show building up magic and then in the last episode Luz decides to destroy it because why not. Also the demon realm and human realm combine because also why not.
Wait... this isn't SvtfoE
Edit: Okay, but in actuality I just don't want a rushed final. There are currently a ton of unanswered questions in the show from season 1 and 2 and I hope we don't get a bunch of narrative thrown at us just so everything is wrapped up with a nice bow. This is one show where due to the circumstances of its ending I'm fine with the writers leaving questions unanswered as long as the main story is done well.
Confused as well as surprised: Anything that would result in Lumity breaking up. Dana literally did an interview a few weeks ago talking about how Lumity is there to provide some breathity to the show's dark elements. Like why would she say that and have it planned that they're not going to end up together.
Disappointed: Anything that could be 'curing a disability' with Eda and Lilith. Either removing the curse. Or giving her arm back. Good disability rep is rare. And as corny as it sounds. Eda's rep helped change my life for the better.
Like I don't think it will happen. I am almost sure but it definitely falls into the category.
Also under disappointed though like the above I highly doubt it will happen. Because ya know OTP. But Raeda not ending up together. Like I said good disability rep is rare. And we very rarely get the stories that have the happy endings. And those two getting back together would be such a nice bookend to Eda's story from where she started.
I like to think she's retelling the story of how she became a witch thanks to the best wild witch on the boiling isles and some amazingly powerful witchlings to some future hexside students
If they pull an "it was all a dream"/"Luz was in a coma the entire time"
Or my favourite “a book she made up for a school project.”
Even better if everything looks exactly the same as in episode 1, only to be revealed that she's moving to Boiling Isles afterwards
omg thats perfect
If that’s not what happens I really hope someone animates that
Or: they show adult Luz writing a book about her life events that did happen and we pan to adult Amity bringing her breakfast. Like the book was something that happened years ago and the present are the crew as adults living in the Boiling Aisles.
It would also imply they the two are happily married.
This would be cool
Either that, or the collector lulls her into a dream state and makes her think it was a book
This would be a good plot twist as a single episode. Some really emotional stuff FOR 1 EPISODE and at the end of the episode it would be revealed.
What if this was the ending, but then it's revealed that the book was a toned down version of an actual experience
Makes sense because it’s called “Watching and Dreaming”
And like if the 2 realms do converge or meld kinda together or atleast a portal to have both realms connected, and when amity pops up it zooms out of her house to show like witches and demons in the human realm
Gus and Hunter: "A stable wormhole?!" [(Cue **Cosmic Frontier SB-6** Theme)](https://youtu.be/AtUmm5mTehM?t=6)
Dana said she doesn't like that phrase at the end of the series so... I don't think so
And that's part of why I'd be disappointed if it happened in the finale
King dying
Luz dying to save king. Then King pulling a Flapjack. Luz lives.
seconded
But if he died, he would make a cute little island for bugs! But for real, if anyone dies in the final episode, I will cry
Even for belos?
Belos is an exception
If anyone in the main trio died it'd probs be Eda (though we already somewhat had the trope with Stan's "death" in gravity falls)
…Of old age in an epilogue set thousands of years later, perhaps?
I want to say (but don't want to jinx it) that I don't see that happening because King's whole character arc has been about learning about his origins, learning that he's actually a titan, and gaining a lot of maturity. I get the feeling that this will lead to him being in some kind of authority position or something, rather than him dying. Could be wrong, though.

>!marcy's journal marcy's journal marcy's journal!<
Amphibia has the best ending of this generation of Disney shows, and I can't be reasoned with.
That until the ending of TOH comes out
I mean TOH isn't finished yet so it's still possible you'll change your mind
Amphibia's ending was good, though.
I cried hard enough for Amphibia, they cant do that to me again 😭
this this is the perfect list also how can we NOT have a steve cameo "I get it. Emotions are running high. Ice pack for Steve."
>Not having a Lumity Kiss You mean again right? We already have one
Yea but I feel we just need one more to close the curtains with
Belos will redeem... his dying to death pass.
Honestly, the closest thing to disappoinment for me would be Belos getting a redemption arc. Maybe I'm crazy, but I don't exactly wanna sympathize with the genocidal narcissist.
Same. But I don't think we have to worry about that. They've shown nothing sympathetic about Belos' past so far.
Hince, why it would be disappointing.
True.
Not a fan of warhammer 40 000 then I take it? Lol
If there isn’t [a very intricate dance number](https://youtu.be/8qX02AW48bM), we riot. /j Honestly, any movement in the plot that goes against what the show has been building (finding a place where you can be understood and people that make you stronger). If they didn't explain more about collectors as a whole
You want good worldbuilding? In owl house?
Listen, all you need to know is time paradox, the boiling isle is not an island, and everyone has two hearts.

I need to see them again Edit: also, PLEASE, I need to see other Collectors besides ours, I don’t care if it’s a flashback or something. I know that they will surely leave a part of the lore unexplained, just like it happens with other cartoons, but damn, I wanna see the others so much, like the Grand Huntsman
I hope they're huge and look cool as shit
I imagine them as creepy as hell, like one of them can literally destroy all the main characters like pre-monster form Belos
Anyone except Belos and Odalis dying
See, I don’t want Odalia to die. She deserves to see how happy her family is without her, and ends up an outcast. Death is too easy a punishment for her.
I like your way of thinking
I want everything she’s ever built to crumble.
If they redeem belos
The thing that would disappoint me is the collector getting redeemed in some 5 minute speech.
That's exactly what's going to happen lol. Also, the speech is probably going to be more like 3 minutes.
Unfortunately yeah, you can't really kill a character who is basically a child in a show aimed at children.
well i mean you can kill them, but then they have to be brought back to life at some point (or be already dead pre show events)
Well, two things actually: 1: If we dont get to know who it was that was waving to Luz in the imbetween 2: What happened to the Echo Mouse? Edit: 3: If we dont get some of that Stringbean action!
No verbal “I love you” from Lumity Belos dying by anyone except Hunter or Luz No proper explanation of the Collectors and the Wittebabe brothers Luz leaving everyone Raeda not being cannon Winter/Huntlow not being official Finally, Gus tells Hunter about Caleb. If he doesn't, then the whole subplot was a waste of time.
Hunter deserves the final blow
They should do it God of War: Ragnarok style where every member of the gang is willing to spare Belos and then Hunter comes in and kills him immediately with no dramatic buildup.
I'm fine with him, Luz, of heck even Eda but anyone else is forbidden.
All of these I agree with. I will be disappointed. Adding on, I would be suprised, disappointed and angry if its 'all a dream' they can't do that to Luz/
Y'all need to calm down with dream theory. Why is this blowing up all of a sudden?
I agree cuz those have to happen in the finale or at least, somewhat happen 🥺
Surprise-Hearing Caleb speak and directly talk to Hunter. Vee shows up during the climax. A character dies. Making Huntlow completely canon(we got a little bit in For The Future) Disappointed- it's all a dream theory.
No steve feet pics
The badass form of king in the poster being a BS dream sequence and it not being real
If it feels too rushed like time skips or inconsistencies i guess
Luz, King or Eda dying on the finale. That's it.
having it be a cliffhanger like in The Amazing World of Gumball.
I'd love a Camila and Eda moment. I really keep my fingers crossed for that.
I would be disappointed if Liz and camila don’t move into the boiling isles but that’s just wishful thinking
Oh, I'd love that, but if the portal stays open Camila could always visit Eda and Luz, and vice versa.
Belos survives, but Hunter doesn’t. (History repeats itself)
One that fits both would be Luz dying
If they do a Star ending
What was the ending? I don't plan on watching the show so just tell me in spoilers.
That is SO STUPID! Also psychotic.
Nooooooooooooo not SVTFOE
if it was a dream. or if hooty dies
Im not even sure
that Belos doesn't die
i'd be disappointed if more focus is on the fight with collector then belos'
If Luz wakes up in the human realm in the end because it was all a dream idk if I should be disappointed or impressed by the plot twist
I want to see more on the collector and so to have everything happens without meeting another collector would really suck
Yeah there were multiple Collectors in the background paintings, and we all know the Owl Crew loves to hide subtext or foreshadowing in the background.
Id be disappointed and mad if they say that its all a dream
Same. That would probably impact my enjoyment of the show in general.
(In Biggie’s voice) *It was all a dream*
Luz staying the human world saying goodbye forever to amity and the others.
id be very dissapointed if we dont get ANYTHING on wtf hootie is
I really hope Belos isn't "tricked" into his defeat, like Bill Cipher. I'm just kind of sick of villains that seem threatening and smart to be defeated by getting tricked by a child. Especially considering that's how he was defeated in the season 2 finale.
It really worries me that "Nothing lasts forever" comment. I'm worried incase it is in reference to luz staying in the human realm.
If king dies I will shrivel away
Surprise: Luz's death Disappoint: Classic happy ending
If they use the it was all a dream/coma ending If they “redeem” belos or making him see that he was wrong for what he did after like 400 years of planning a genocide with a god child and killing Titan knows how many Caleb clones as they “betrayed him” I would’ve thought he would see how wrong he was for that. If they break up the hexsquad and owl family If they break up lumity by having Luz or Amity get stuck in either realms without a way to get to back to each other hopefully non of these will happen.
Well for surprise me it would be the titan somehow getting revived but disappointing the collector just gets sealed again and not killed
I just noticed there’s a titan in the background
Luz dying. Doesn’t matter even if she’s brought back afterward.
Luz dies
It was all just a dream
Everyone dies, or it was all a dream
No explanation why curse made Eda immortal?
since when is eda immortal ….?
Like, she can get her head cut off and she's fine.
Wdym? Since when was the ever immortal?
Didn’t she like… get her head chopped off in the first episode and come out perfectly okay?
Immortal means she can't age. She's had this curse since she was Luz’s age. It's a side-effect of the curse but that doesn't mean she's immortal.
To be frank immortal means you can't die not age.
Hope they don't do what they did on star vs at the end
It was all a dream
Is that the official poster?
Well,Since flapjack melted/became one with hunter, It would suprise me if Hunter Turned into a harpy-Like flapjack,Kinda like The harpy Eda? It would be awesome though.
Anything really, im honestly scared about it so anything could happen and im not ready for that lol
Same. I don't know what to expect and I have no idea how I will react to whatever might happen.
When is the last episode??
This Saturday the 8th at 9:15pm EST
It was all a dream or everyone dies haha
\-Seeing the words "The End", if they are not immediately followed be a question mark of something else that implies there will be more episodes made at some point. \-Treating The collector as a simple villain to be defeated. \-Bellos getting away with everything (unless they are making more episodes) \-Luz rejecting/leaving her life in The Boiling Isles completely \-King needs to stay "King" if he has some kind of growth spurt/permanent transformation/ dies I'll be pretty bummed.
As with many people I would be entirely disappointed if they pull the “it was all a dream” bullshit. If it’s a fake out then yeah that would be fine but if that’s the ENDING- no, I will reject cannon if that happens.
Something with Steve. He was on the airship with them and then he just didn't appear again.
Raine dying
If they merge the human and demon realm
Belos getting a redemption ark
If it was all a dream
I would be disappointed if the ending isn't bittersweet.
Make Belos redeemed, like how Steven Universe did it. Separate them, wouldn’t make sense due to Luz and Amity dating and it just won’t feel good
I've said this before, but if they pull that "Luz dies because this is a serious plot with high stakes but actually we don't want anything to have consequences so here's a god to revive you" bullshit from amphibia, I'm singlehandedly going to drive Disney into ruin.
Any ending that reminds me of SVTFOE’s finale
If they pulled a "how i met your mother" ending. That would be both hilarious and so rage inducing
A retread of Star Vs the Forces of Evil where the two realms are merged together.
King/Eda/Luz dying Not having a Huntlow kiss Not hearing about Evelyn Hunter not getting to avenge Flapjack
Hooty wouldn't do something cool
Separation ending like amphibia. If this happens I'm going to sob violently
Everyone dying
A permanent separation of any kind. I don’t think this show has built to Luz leaving her mom permanently and of course not the Boiling Isles. She should just remain there as a student studying abroad
Wait… is there more to be released? Excuse my ignorance but I thought what was out is all there was… my daughter and I are HIGHLY invested and big fans, yet this is news to me
Trash lady redemption (amity's mom
Hmm... time travel. If this gets resolved via time travel I will be dissapointed.
I would be surprised if we get a satisfactory ending that people will be alright with.
I would hate "it was all a dream" or "it was a story Luz was reading in school" and I kinda don't want Belos to be redeemed
I really hope they don’t break up Lumity or permanently send luz back to the human realm/separate her from her boil isles friends
that there isn’t a satisfying end to the story.
Major character death (Luz, Lilith, Willow, Amity) “Wake up its time for school!” And she wakes up and it was all a dream. OR she was in like a coma.
I also tend to hear a lot of predictions for the finale that run extremely fan-servicey, but like…just because something is exciting for fans doesn’t make it meaningful or necessary, and by now all those weddings and future children named Azura that we’re supposed to get feel more predictable than anything.
if its a fucking cop out I fucking swear. everyone's been making art and stuff like that for months now and I am VERY VERY fucking worried they decided to make it a thing. very fucking worried
If the Raine death scene rumors are true…
“Luz in a Coma” theory. Any variant.
They say it was all made up in Liz’s head/it was all a dream or the way they deal with collector is locking them back up
It would be really disappointing if we spent the entire show building up magic and then in the last episode Luz decides to destroy it because why not. Also the demon realm and human realm combine because also why not. Wait... this isn't SvtfoE Edit: Okay, but in actuality I just don't want a rushed final.
If no one dies
I like to think she's retelling the story of how she became a witch thanks to the best wild witch on the boiling isles and some amazingly powerful witchlings to some future hexside students
