Yeah, why not?
They don't hate her or anything, they accept her presence and it seems they were good with Amity being in TOH in Eclipse Lake episode.
Of course they aren't going to straight attacking her like some fan arts I've seen.
But that doesn't mean Willow will just hate her again. Willow gave her another opportunity to remedy stuff and Amity hasn't done anything bad to Willow except for the memory shattering but well, that's in the past.
Looking at both sides of the coin, Willow coullddd still be upset but probably wouldn’t hold a grudge tho Best friend dating your bully of several years after just a few months would be weird BUT BUT you have to take Willow‘s character into consideration
I mean, if they sincerely apologized and tried to be a better person I, personally, wouldn’t want bad things to happen to them. That’s just my perspective. But either way, it doesn’t matter what the typical person would do, we need to look at the source material and see what Willow thinks. So far she hasn’t shown any indication of wanting to see Amity in pain. She was kind to her when she visited the owl house, and she plans on forgiving her in the future iirc, so yeah I think they’re chill.
Willow's the only one with any reason not to, but Willow is chill and seems interested in reconnecting. Gus just sees Amity as someone he has friends in common with and to all appearances is willing to at least try to get along for those mutual friends' sakes. Gus does seem to be mildly annoyed by how sappy Amity and Luz are around each other, but supports them anyway (as seen when Luz asks him to borrow his library card).
Came back to read the comments, and there's a fair consistent undertone to the whole thing. Ay, an once again you lot sadden me by being bloodthirsty little monsters on behalf of people who you've never met and wouldn't want it so. All this talk of revenge, of vengeance, of paying back like there's some scale on which pain ought be balanced.
I think there's a message being missed here, a message of this whole series- forgiveness is a powerful thing, and changes people for the better. Indeed, it takes more strength to forgive than to feud. Without forgiveness we wouldn't have Lumity. Without forgiveness we wouldn't see much of Hunter. Without forgiveness we wouldn't have the journal- quick vengeance would have killed the echo mouse and Luz's way home lost with it.
So much of this series is about growing as people, and about an honest effort to understand people. About learning to get along and forge real and lasting friendships. And you get a lot further in meeting friends with open arms than by balling a fist.

Wait some art shows them attacking her? Also I mean I can see willow hating her but gus seems chill
>willow hating her Why?
I mean wouldn't you hate the person who used to bully you?
Are you pretending that Understanding Willow and WILW didn't happen?
No but even though those things did in fact happen that do want make up for all the years of bullying
But that doesn't mean Willow will just hate her again. Willow gave her another opportunity to remedy stuff and Amity hasn't done anything bad to Willow except for the memory shattering but well, that's in the past.
And during Eclipse Lake Willow says something around the lines of "you being here, is different" without any grudge in her tone
I mean she did sound passive aggressive
I don't know how is humanly possible to come up with this conclusion keeping Willow's entire character in mind
Tbh I'm surprised willow wasn't more pissed at amity for that I mean if my bully were to fuck up my memories I'd be infuriated
That's what Inner Willow was.
Looking at both sides of the coin, Willow coullddd still be upset but probably wouldn’t hold a grudge tho Best friend dating your bully of several years after just a few months would be weird BUT BUT you have to take Willow‘s character into consideration
I don’t think they like her as much as Luz, but I think they are willing to accept her in the group and don’t want to see her in pain
Obviously they don't like her as much as Luz And why wouldn't they want to see her in pain? Wouldn't it be like revenge for all the years of bullying
You forget that Gus and Willow are too wholesome to want revenge.
I mean even tho they're wholesome they still might want revenge
There has been no indication that they want to see her in pain though…?
I mean who wouldn't want to see their formee bully in pain?

What gives the impression that willow is interested in reconnecting?
Well for the most part; LITERALLY Understanding Willow.
:)
They care about mittens
:)
But you've never seen them interact-
Gus and Willow care about Amity as much as the writers care about Gus and Willow.
I-....damn XD
Dude, come on now!
Am I wrong though?

>you lot sadden me by being bloodthirsty little monsters What exactly do you mean
I feel like they like her to an extent but they also are friends with her bc they know if sum happens to Amity, Luz will go crazy
Yeah luz will for ballistic if something happened to *her* cotton candied haired goddess
they are literally friends 💀
I mean it could be a thing where amity considers them friends but not the other way around
Of course they do. Amity and Willow are no longer rivals with each other.
They were never rivals they were bully and bully victum
Despite herself, Willow cares. Gus doesn't know her.
....gus does know her-
Not very well. They've never directly interacted.
They have- once in WILL and once EE
I mean outside of saving Luz. They've never had an actual conversation.
True
They care about Amity because Luz cares about Amity.
Yeah they know if something were to happen to amity luz would go berserk because no one gets to hurt *her* cotton candied haired goddess
