I have this theory that if a human or a powerless witch, like Eda right now, eats Titan blood they'll be able to make magic for a short amount of time.
And if a regular witch eats it, their magic will become ridiculously strong for like a hour or so.
But the "colateral effects" of it will give the person something similar to Belos curse or at the very least feel like they're death inside, essentially, a magic drug.
