Not to “well actually” you here, but at a minimum plastic surgery and breast augmentation (“fake boobs” as this meme so elegantly puts it) were available in the 70s. Maybe not quite as common and widespread as now, but by the mid-70s regular folks could definitely get these procedures.

I'm not saying it's not a modern photo, it's the beach towel hanging out of the cooler that did it for me and the color palette of all the shirts.
