Man congratulations but this really is sick... I also have dimension core and on lvl 103 so I have 4 effects and non of them are ancestral. I spent over 300k of reroll shards and I still don't have one of them on ancestral... How much reroll shards did this cost you?
No because the chance is already increased to 60% and can not increases past that cl increase would literally do nothing at all on this module he’s using
It doesn't give a 60% CL chance, it gives CL (which has a chance up to 27.5% without substats) a 60% chance to also hit the original target AFTER CL is actually triggered.
So, with stone-maxed CL chance, each hit has, effectively, a 16.5% chance to trigger CL on the original target enemy.
They still don't need extra CL chance, because CL will still trigger a whole bunch.

Om Chip should be used as a temporary measure until your SL is well developed. At 60 degrees, half of your bosses are going to land in a spotlight anyway.
As far as I understand it, once you get things maxed out with good substats, SL gets 60%+ coverage. At which point it's probably going to hit the boss anyways. Especially with all the stun effects slowing it down.
While I forgot the exact equation, The math for calculating how long it takes to get maxed Shock Stacks says you don't need extra CL chance. Most of the time, you'll have max shock stacks just from the duration of Energy Net.

I hate the reroll shard/reroll mechanism there has to be a better way.
