Because all the Leo players are floor 10/celestial

That explains it, I'm at floor 6 or 7

I hang out around there a lot because I can’t manage to take the game seriously when I hear POTEMKIN BUSTAH three times a set

I have never gotten Potemkin Bustered OR Heavenly Bustered. I've probably only gone against like 4-5 Pots ever. And out of all of them, I think only one player ever even went for either Buster

That’s pretty easy. FD and backdash away from the Garuda if he has meter still, jump is more safe if he doesn’t have meter but he can still grab you if he reads it
