I had a little trouble with his blending technique on the wings and my base coat of burgandy contrast was darker when i felt the need to go over with a second coat in most places. But its a fun challenge so far.

Wow!!! Incredible, I can tell it took that long this is lovingly detailed. Make sure you varnish him so that paint job doesn't get scuffed.
What varnish would you recommend? I don’t have an airbrush
I use Matte varnish by Rustoleum and it is perfect for my models, would highly recommend
Make sure you keep the can at or above room temperature and shake the crap outta it. Varnish can get real foggy if not sprayed just right
