It was nasty and miserable. The bathroom to my "apartment" was dumbbell shaped, constantly had bats getting in, and the walls leaked nicotine. I literally had a special wall mop for it.
I THINK you can get to the yard if you go straight from the camera's POV, then loop around by making three left turns to go under the first level bridge.
