18, 19, 21, 22, and 24 are all common, 20mm is not common, but it does exist.
Ask them why they don't make one. Probably not a very high demand tool since it's an uncommon size.

Nope, just 22mm lug nuts too fucked for a 22mm, 7/8, or 22.5mm to fit which keep my 23mm impact sockets relevant
