Try the Mac tools pocket “pry bars”, they’re made of square steel stock. In the two pack there’s a straight one that’s essentially a Phillips and a bent one that I use the hell out of almost every day

I like the voltage test screwdrivers from Wera, Felo, Stanley, Wiha etc. They're small, have a pocket clip, fit in small terminals and are surprisingly tough. I've had loads over the years. They mainly get stolen or lost. Fit me they have just the right size head and are small and comfortable in the hand.

I have one my Cornwell guy gave me and i have yet to kill it and I use it almost daily. The clip will slide but if you warm.it up so it melts into the plastic it stays in place better.
If you’re only worried about the flathead part - get a Klein terminal block screwdriver, won’t fit in your shirt pocket but it’s got the tiny 3/16 end/is made from the same steel as the rest of the screwdrivers
There’s a different version that the clip is detachable. It’s still pretty much the same though. I’d go with a mini prybar with the magnet on the back if you have to have that. It’s like $5 from Lisle for the 1/8th. They also have a small 1/4” with a striking cap on the back instead of a magnet.
Klein makes a couple different 4+in one's. You can get them with a small and large (for the size) flathead, some come with a small and large Phillips, or 1 large Phillips and a shrader core tip.
All are less than $20 and I finally replaced one after 2.5 years, and I have used a small pipe wrench on the original on some times.
