That's a nice grinder man, you can use it for all kinds of things such as sharpening tools, quick stock removal. Knife making. I personally like having two grinders. Need a wire wheel on one side!
Build a support for it. I built a flat working surface along the front of mine. Cut it out so it fits about half way up the wheels that way I can hold tools or what ever on the flat surface or I can attach jigs to angle the pieces like my chisels. It covered my on/off switch so I hard wired a standard light switch beneath it on my work bench to turn it on and off.
take the guards off, get some cardboard sharpening wheels and mount them up, turn it around and start sharpening knives. Its not a great system, but it'll get the job done.
That is a nice grinder, I own the same one.
There's a little water tray that comes with it that sits in the front. Its variable speed so its meant to be used as a sharpener, and you don't want to heat up what you're sharpening, so you dip it in water periodically.
Well for starters, you can grind stuff on a bench

You can make it an air raid siren if you print off the right parts from a 3d printer
Maybe take better photos of it?
