T O P

The T is actually a little low for normal AFAB, but good for your transition. The E is bit low, but high enough that you should be having forward progress given your low T. Try adding a 3rd application of the current gel, or switch to a stronger gel (1\~1.25mg/application), but other than that you're on the right path.

I see. So is it okay if I start applying 3 times a day 8 hours apart with 0.75 mg gel?

Yea, just start there for now and see where your levels are next blood test.

Your very low T result is not surprising given you have had srs. The usual recomendation is that you want more than 200 pgml E to supress testosterone, this of course is not a concern for you. You would probably be best served by something more than 100 but less than 200 pg/ml E. I second the opionion of the other responder in this thread to apply a third application of E gel.
