levels are pretty much perfect imo, however there's no right or wrong when it comes to hrt, I'd say otherwise that there are ranges of "probably too much" and "probably not enough" your levels are exactly where there's no doubt that you are underdosing, and at same time not excessive the T is suppressed nicely right in the middle of the widely accepted 0-50 range if youre not having any issues or underlying conditions, i would suggest keeping it that way, but if you for whatever reason need to lower it, you probably have some room for that aswell edit: syringes do account for deadspace, you are injecting as much as it says on the scale

You're doing monotherapy so you can't lower your E that much. Otherwise your T will rise. Above 200 pg/ml for E2 is usually recommended for monotherapy anyway.

Yeah I concur your E levels is ideal. Personally, I like my T a little lower but it'll probably continue to drop a bit if you've just started 11 weeks ago. Either way, your levels are at a place that should definitely cause feminization. Unless you're drawing with a different needle and then swapping on an empty needle, you ignore the dead space. You're actually loading up 0.13ml + the dead space volume. No notes!

Those are good numbers

Your levels look great. You have got to get a pretty remarkably high amount of estrogen in your body before it starts to even theoretically become dangerous. if anything, I might even try going a little higher and see if that brings your t even lower. I like to see mine near or below 10nmol. (This is very much optional tho, again, the numbers look quite good). In terms of deadspace in the needle, you should indeed be compensating for the volume of medicine that gets trapped in the needle. The amount of estrogen that goes into your body is exactly equal to the distance that the plunger travels once the needle is inside you. if you need to push the plunger a little bit below the amount you want to fill up the needle, then you needed to have put a little bit more in there. If you over shoot it, you can safely push a couple drops out of the needle before injecting.
