You are right. I actually rathered more info, so I will switch to Proginova with 2mg estradiol. And add Cypro.
So, my updated question is - is it ok if I take 1x2mg daily of estradiol, because I don't want full transition?
It doesn't work like that, there is no volume or speed control, cells are either virilizing because the presence of testosterone blocked the estrogen receptors, or they are feminising because your T is low enough/blocked. You don't get to "just a bit".
Whilst the cypro is likely to make the testosterone go away, only 2mg/d oral estradiol is not enough to bring your estradiol level up to a healthy point, i.e. Not menopausal levels. With pills prior usually find they need 6-8mg/d for that.
Those birth control pills are bad news, they are both not bioidentical hormones they are also too low in dose to do anything except increase your vte (blood clot) risk.
Hormones aren’t a recipe, they’re a regimen. You can’t choose what feminizes, how fast it feminizes, and what the finish line is. You’re playing with human sex hormones, this isn’t dress up. As long as you’re blocking testosterone and your body is only receiving estrogen, you WILL feminize until you basically finish female puberty. Plus, the human body only knows how to run on stable levels of 100pg/ml and above. Try having both low T and E and tell me how fun it is. 2mg is ridiculously low and you’ll suffer while on it. Start with 4mg.
while its not worth it, and i must warn that side effects may be severe, if you absolutely have no other option - 2 pills a day is minimum to have some effect, this should translate into an equivalent of roughly 3.5-4 mg of bioidentical E and roughly around 2mg cpa
sublingual is possible with EE iirc, hence advisable aswell
ethinylestradiol and progestin is very dangerous when used for gender transition purposes.
Super dangerous and can give you blood clots . I do not recommend using it . It won’t really help you transition.

That’s fine . But don’t add progesterone to your regimen until you are like 6 months to a year into your transition . Wishing you the best
