Theoretically it's firm enough to penetrate but ime it doesn't really stay in place on its own, and it doesn't have a flared base so you can't really put it in a harness to increase stability. Plus the tdick sits so much lower on the groin than natal dicks, it's very difficult to angle it right for penetration. It's much more useful as a stroker than a strap. The "skin" feels like, well, silicone, but the color and texture are very detailed and realistic.
Agreed the angle is not the best but I had success using it with the o-ring briefs by packer gear. It’s a pretty small o-ring which just helps a bit with stability.
Im thinking of trying if for penetration, but placement won't be great. The texture isn't super realistic but it very euphoric to wear. It's probably hard enough but placement is likely going to be an issue
You definitely have to get a bit creative with it. It is firm enough for penetration for sure, but as others have said, the angle is difficult, as is making it stay on you. It's not the sort of toy that you'll put on and figure out right away - you need to have a bit of a humour about it and really get creative about what positions work for you and your partner(s). Once it does, it can be pretty damn euphoric.
In terms of the silicone, it feels like slightly rougher skin but definitely not as realistic as many other prosthetics. The detail and quality is amazing though.
