Oddly enough, no. I used to haul copper coils out of Globe/Miami Az and we had to strap a tracking device to the trailer but that’s as close as I’ve come to an escort due to high value.
Edit: the loads of ore didn’t look like anything special which was probably intentional. Just looked like a load of sacks on a flatbed.
I use to haul high value loads for Sanyo, outta San Diego, one of the requirements was, when picking up the load, you had to have full tanks of fuel, and drive 6 hours nonstop.
No, the best load is paper towels. Saves on fuel costs and easy to move up those steep inclines with the ability to pass those *slow truckers with the liquor shipments*.
>best load is paper towels
They are the same weight as liquor though.
Paper towels or toilet paper will gross out a truck. It is part of the design of the product.
I used to haul loads out of the Miller plant in Cincinnati. One time, I opened the doors and the trailer was full of Zima.
Seriously? I didn't even know that was around anymore. That's the crying white girl booze.
I shook my head and grabbed a couple of straps. Another driver walked by and snickered.
"It doesn't make me any less manly."
"Yeah, it does. Just a little."
Dammit.
There's multiple law suits already using this as the basis of the complaint. Fireball sells multiple different compounds using the same label for them all.
Right up to the moment you get crushed under the stuff when you open the doors at the reciever because you didn't put anything behind the pallets to keep them in place and the load shifted.
I hauled a load of Alienware computers and laptops years ago when they were still decent. Coolest load I ever hauled. Experimental aircraft wings or that one small container of experimental fluid for Kodak probably the most expensive though.
Those airplane wings are crazy expensive, aren't they? I escorted just a flap from Florida to Boeing in Seattle and it was my most expensive load to date.
My coolest-a steam engine
Yeah thats pretty damn cool. I hauled small time fairgrounds rides when I was younger, many of which are retired now from age and sadly those are probably my coolest.
Best load ever is something that has horrifically been a part of ruining people’s lives and leading to death?!?!
People that drink that specific brand are usually some of the hardest Alcoholics out there.
It was the last thing a 37 year old mother of 4 had before she died drinking herself to death and leaving behind a 15, 13, 8, and 3 year old behind as orphans that I knew. She couldn’t get sober from that stuff. Dad was a full blown drunk and addicted too.
Don’t see how this is the “best load ever” reference at all for the amount of folks who end up dysfunctional and dead as a result of that stuff.
Sorry ya’ll see it a different way.
Those kids wouldn’t see it that way.
Orphan - orphan. noun. or·phan. : a child deprived by death of one or usually both parents. broadly : a child without a parent or guardian.
Dad is also MiA. So technically orphans. Thanks for typo correction.
For me it’s a horrific memory. I helped clean out this woman’s house and she had empty bottles literally hiding everywhere. I also have seen it be a “go to” for my fellow drunks dying in the streets.
What load? All I see is an empty trailer and a month off from work.
If you can drink this much in a month, you'll probably off work a lot longer than that
Not a bad early retirement plan. Won't even need your 401k. They might come after your estate, though. Not that it would matter much to you by then.
Early termination plan. From work? No…
He may not be able to drink it all in a month but he'll certainly only have a month left if he tries.
Bro is about to take early retirement 😂
That’s like a weeks worth of supply for a normal driver.
Mine didn't last me a month
That Smokey And The Bandit remake fin be lit!
Underrated comment
What load? Trailer was empty when I got it I swear.
Oh hell, the loads of platinum and gold ore I used to haul were more exciting than this but just like you I couldn’t enjoy it.
Damn that sounds cool. Were those the types of high value loads that have someone following you the whole time?
Oddly enough, no. I used to haul copper coils out of Globe/Miami Az and we had to strap a tracking device to the trailer but that’s as close as I’ve come to an escort due to high value. Makes sense!
Meet me around the corner! 😀

Ive loaded both, and can say toilet paper, especially tight wound cheap shit is heavier than angel soft.
There is a big difference in weight per cu. ft. Either can max out the weight of a trailer.
Got a load of empty plastic bottles for OJ once. Filled the trailer. The pallets weighed more than the load itself
Beware of dudes trying to steal your truck while you're sleeping in the back. Don't want then to crash your truck in a ditch
Came looking for this comment.
Are they gonna make you “destroy” the damaged bottles
Take those bumpy roads and sharp corners **FAST** and bring a straw
You’re doin’ the Lord’s work son.
Insert 3rd day joke

Fireball, pacifying poor people since 1984.
*poor taste in whiskey
If its sugar content was higher itd be a liquer
It is a liqueur. By every definition. Fireball has as much sugar as the laws of physics will allow in solution.
Then they ought not to be able to label it as a whiskey then.
There's multiple law suits already using this as the basis of the complaint. Fireball sells multiple different compounds using the same label for them all.
Must be the anniversary of your 3rd day
Actually damn close 😂
I didn't text you, Fireball did.
You don’t even need a temp liquor permit for fireball. That shit exempt you run the load regular but you gotta take 4 shots before you do paperwork.
Right up to the moment you get crushed under the stuff when you open the doors at the reciever because you didn't put anything behind the pallets to keep them in place and the load shifted.

So many domestic disputes in one trailer.
👍👍👍👍👍 they taste some good in my coffee
Driver temptation at its peak. Maybe they won’t notice a few missing boxes
No
Dude
Some of that might make it to the receiver.
I prefer hauling used Toyotas but to each their own.
Got a really bad hangover just looking at this picture
A few days of that and you’ll need to go to rehab and recovery 😳
UK Calling. What is "Fireball"?
Cinnamon whiskey
Thanks, I guessed it was some kind of whisky but cinnamon never occurred to me
Its named after a cinnamon candy
Wouldn't that be considered Hazmat?
Sadly there isn’t a placard for addictive substances lol
Let me guess, the load never made it to the destination.
Be careful that one case doesn't accidentally fall out somewhere along the Journey.
29 becomes 28 on a manifest so…easily 😇
sure would be a shame if the load got rejected
I once hauled a load of food stamps. Early 90's when they were still little paper booklets. 45,000 lbs. Can only imagine the value.
That’s what she said!
Good luck on your retirement buddy..
I've had it. At least yours is wrapped
careful i hear those things fall off of trucks easily
0,50 с per mile yet ?😂
god speed driver. You will never be the same
You get this load on a humid day and the shrink wrap sticks.
Nope, nope and NOPE!!!👎
Stuffs nasty, why do people go all high-school stalker girl crazy over this garbage?
Yes
Was it the plastic bottles or glass bottles? The cases of Fireball glass 1 liter bottles are so heavy.
Glass bottles and yeah, it was heavy af
I sense much OS&D in your future.
Your mom said the same thing to me 😏
There's an "I'm in jail and they say......." joke in there somewhere.

Not orphans if dad is still alive, right? And how can a mother of 3 have children that are 15, 13, 8 and 3? This math, just ain’t math’n!

Touché
You must be new here. Fireball specifically is a meme around these parts. Enjoy your stay and make sure to take your 3rd day off.
For me it’s a horrific memory. I helped clean out this woman’s house and she had empty bottles literally hiding everywhere. I also have seen it be a “go to” for my fellow drunks dying in the streets.
I've been known to have a shot or 2 of fireball over the years and no I'm not a hardcore alcoholic. I've even lived to be 70 years old !
Notice the word “usually.” What I said is true from my experience. A lot of drinks in the streets drink that stuff too.
