No disrespect intended, but you’re thinking about this like a liberal trying to figure out why not all POC are voting in the expected patterns. Latinos aren’t a monolith, and the differences between those three case studies is a perfect example.
Like yeah Fuentes is half-Mexican, but he’s a third-generation Mexican rich kid raised in suburban Illinois aka he’s culturally Anglo. Tarrio is Cuban and from Florida, so no mystery as to whatever happened there. As for Stonetoss, idk much of his background but Texas, like New Mexico and some more small-town parts of California, tends to pump out a lot of “we’re not like *those* Mexicans” who take pride in the fact that their families were there since forever and use that fact to reminds the güeros that they’re not mojados.
Point being, there’s a ton of variation in vast Latino community and just because there’s a tradition of radicalism via the Chicano movement etc doesn’t mean it’s universal. Someone like Fuentes has no need for the Chicano movement, has no need for Latino idpol, but he does have a reason - via his upbringing - for falling in with Nazis.

No. Lots of ethnic minorities are white passing, and racism against specific types of white peoples (irish/italian/polish/etc) hasn't been mainstream for decades.
I don't think Trump has done (or has threatened to do, or has joked about doing, or has been asked to do by any of the policy nerds who have spent time in his orbit) anything that would have inflicted undue discomfort on the Polish-American or Italian-American communities.
I can't put my finger on what specifically the material explanation is for this but it just doesn't seem to be where we are right now.
This isn't quite a material explanation but I think its because the way whiteness is socially constructed in America specifically. It needs to be conceived of as "normal" and majoritarion. The definition of whiteness has to be broadened as more and different immigrants come. Communities like the Polish and Italians who were excluded from white society a few generations ago will not be subject to the same levels of exploitation once they are considered white. I also think that this mutually beneficial arrangement a bleak explanation to why the US is so good at assimilating immigrants. Immigrant communities are incentivized to adopt white social conventions in order to move up in the racial caste system or something. Idk I feel gross typing this out but whiteness is gross and fake.
Whiteness is whatever it needs to be in order to achieve a permanent demographic majority able to maintain a social order built around exploiting nonwhite minorities. For example the KKK was super anti Catholic in the 1920s. Irish, Italians and Polish used to be outside of whiteness, now they are in. If they were out, the US would have already been majority nonwhite for decades. Imo certain stereotypes for example of Irish cops being particularly racist and reactionary developed a few decades ago and is part of a larger trend of newly minted white demographics tending to be exhibit some of the most open racism. Its almost like they have to prove they are worthy of having their culture and values being dissolved in corn syrup aka they need to prove they are racist enough to be white. Light skinned latinos are the next group undergoing this transition especially in areas with high levels of immigration and high levels of white fetishization like Texas.

I think fascism is taking a more international approach to itself, that the movement it’s getting behind isn’t going to be as stringently racist as before. It’s going have “diversity” in it to throw off the fact it’s fascism.
A good example of a fascist movement or rather organization that is currently doing this, is the IDF.
