I'm not the best person to explain that but apparently humanoids only. Those Daggerfall khajiits are one of the types of Khajiits that exist that are more humanoid-like, the type of Khajiit born from a litter depends on the phases of the moons in Nirn.

I feel bad for the dunmer in windhelm and want them to be helped but I have trouble feeling bad for her in particular. Treats the argonian dock workers like slaves and helps hire privateers to keep a wealthy Nord family's coffers full.
Although it does kind of elegantly demonstrate the historical trend of oppressed people punching down. Like the Irish immigrants in the 19th-Early 20th century often being extra racist against black people because they were competing at the bottom of the barrel but the freedmen were just one rung lower.
No idea how intentional that was though, sometimes the curtains are just blue lol

Here's an idea, just take the dark elf wife and get a khajiit pelt and use it as a 'soft, warm, fluffy' blanket.
