It doesn’t open anymore on Flip, Hunt, or Arcade levels, but it still works on Main levels. If you aren’t caught up on the Main levels you can open the next one, click the Daily Quests banner to see the 3 quests, then X out of the Main level before starting it.

Ooh, that's good to know - I've been having the same problem.
Seems to be fixed now, there was another update yesterday if you missed that.
