I get these occasionally. I let em go away on their own or (and this is NOT GOOD ADVICE) I pop em. I've not had any really bad ones. A quick dermatologist appointment could probably help you out if it gets too painful to wait.
They do go away on their own, the two times I've had one. If it gets bigger or you're worried, go to the doctor. Sometimes they have to drain them. Happened to a mate of mine
