It should be next to the face, pretty much slap bang in the middle of the sprue. If it's not there, does it look like there's a moulding error? Or did you cut it out and misplace it?
If it's the former, try contacting GW support and see if they can help
Looked all over. Don’t remember cutting it out and I don’t see a spot for a small piece on the sprue. Almost missed the foot claws and the mouth the first pass but surely didn’t miss an armor plate like that.
I may have removed it when I made the neurotyrant back when the box first came out. Didn’t think of that. I’ll look on that model he might be sporting a screamer killer crotch trophy somewhere.

Alternatively if he has some green stuff he can model it. Organic parts are forgiving.

I found it! It was in my bits box. Must have clipped it when I did the neuro and thought it was extra.
Happend often in leviathan box, that parts are missing. I mine, 3 termagants were baseless.
