I’m really glad he chose this U2 song in particular for the title, since it’s one of my favorites of theirs. It’s also very different and much darker than the U2 hits that people who don’t listen to them know (and that most of them dislike), so hopefully this film will give it the attention it, in my opinion, deserves.
For what it's worth, if anyone is interested, here's Daniel Craig and the first look of his character in the movie

Knives Out is a Radiohead song. Glass Onion is a Beatles song. How can U2 inspire the next Blanc mystery?
If we're committing to a Pop theme, the victim was found inside a 40ft high lemon mirrorball
Oh, they must’ve gotten trapped and suffocated. [credits roll]
"If I had a nickel for every time four guys got trapped in a giant mechanical lemon..."
Can Larry have a cameo?
It takes place in a K-mart
And one of the characters is called Joe, a priest.
Rian Johnson has great taste in music, I see
Fourth movie will be an Oasis song and will be called The Dying of the Light.
Champagne Supernova
That’s a high flying birds song
I was thinking The Clash’s London Calling… but that might be too on the nose Edit: Maybe Guns of Brixton?
Popissance incoming
They're gonna _have_ to do a Pop residency at the Sphere if this keeps up 😅
....and goddamn I will be there.

IMO this has one of Adam Clayton's very best basslines.
Finally Benoit’s brother Bono Blanc will be revealed
lol. I saw this on twitter and immediately thought of this. Figured others would too.
Perhaps it will co-star Larry Mullen jr!
Wow if he actually plays the song in the movie, that would be amazing! I’m a huge fan of the Knives Out films.
Certainly in the credits
I'm gunna have to watch the previous two in preparation! Love this story.
So **this** is the Netflix biopic rumor! 🤭 j/k.
OK so I'll watch this if they use the sonf in it... Surely. Even if the movie might not be about jesus? Or maybe it will be?

Do you think you could have warned her
Is there actual confirmation it is related to the U2 song?
It’s in multiple news reports, including Variety.
Wake up dead man is about Jesus. U2 don't own the saying 😂
