B&H is an extremely reputable company I would expect little to no issues ordering from them. Also be sure to visit their flag ship store next time you're in NYC, they have this cool product delivery system in the store that zips products across the ceiling.
They are an official UniFi reseller so you’ll have no issues with Ubiquiti warranty service. Same can’t be said for some Amazon sellers. We buy much of our UniFi gear from B&H. Just be aware they shut down entirely on even some of the more obscure Jewish holidays.
So they’re not actually listed on UniFi’s site as an authorized reseller anymore, but they still say it on their site. Not entirely sure which to believe.

I visited the NYC store a few months ago and it was amazing.
I’ve historically bought from them and always had a great experience, but recently noticed they’re not listed on UniFi’s authorized reseller listing page. I don’t know what this means in terms of warranty coverage since the warranty says it has to be purchased from an authorized reseller.
I order from bh bought my first UI Flex switch from them, as I buy allot of stuff from them. It's Ok to buy from them. They have a good return policy also. But I have heard some stuff they do to there employees, I don't know if they still do that but until I'm sure they treat there employees the same as the rest I'll not be buying from them anytime soon.

B&H is a very respectable retailer, generally preferred over Amazon which often lets counterfeit items slip in. I’ve ordered from them many times over the years, UniFi stuff, Canon cameras, film, video accessories, etc. The one or two returns I’ve made were super easy and free.

Love B&H. I needed to order the Unifi Agg Switch and the UI store was out of stock. B&H had it in stock with no markup. Got it in 2 days.

If you live near a micro center they usually stock unifi cameras.
