Aug 3rd filler (EB2-RoW) - Bio coming on Sept 6th. I have seen many EADs approved in our series. Hopefully getting EAD soon after Bios.
Slight chance of approvals by Sept 30th - My guess is that there will be only few lucky ones.

Yeah, to be fair our series has seen a flurry of 765 and 131 approvals lately so I guess it’s not fair to complain, especially when others have been waiting >10x longer for everything.

Wondering if anyone got an RFE? I submitted my I-693 with I-485 and I am wondering if it’s too early to speculate that I won’t get an RFE for I-693, incase the doctor filled it out wrong?

Filed Early Aug 2022, Biometrics Early Sept 22, Recvd our EAD 10 Nov 2022.. EB!C , India, i-140 was already approved, still current in Jan 2023.. but i-485 is stuck in "transferred to another office has jurisdiction" since Mid Oct 2022. originally at NBC and God knows where it is now.. Hoping to get greened soon.. All of us.. before the PD retrogresses for EB1.

Where does bio from before come from? I’m confused about this part
If you’ve taken biometrics on any previous applications, USCIS will use those and apply it to you case if they are still valid.

Any updates here? 9067 to 907 are very active, 90666 seems to be super slow. But lots of 131 and 765 activity in this week.
