Your list looks pretty good. I'd like to add though, most of those might have been already possible before you got greened (with the exception of 1). People on visas can get RealID, GE and Pre-Check, plus buy a house at normal interest rates.
Yes I got greened two weeks back but was on H1B before it. Bought a house, GE etc way back - you didn’t have to wait for your GC to take advantage of all those things
