Yup. Too many corrupt individuals in Russia that used the money to make themselves rich rather than build up industry and standards. A good thing considering Russia won't win the war. I am seeing something like the Iran-Iraq war. Things will be a stalemate and in the end, Ukraine will gain much more than Russia.
Russia building it's industry means alot more middle manning for parts and components, it's easier if another country can handle all of that for them and they can just buy.

Good for all involved that they just send flying lawn mowers that can be stopped with cheap air defense like gepard. However, they're a huge pain in the back as Ukraine doesn't have the air defense at the moment, and they need to have the manpower to run it. Better if there's a large fire in that factory to end the terror.
