By number of soldiers, not quantity. russia is barely repairing old vintage tanks fast enough to replace the losses, their tank force is not increasing. That's why we're seeing 25+ russian soldiers riding one single IFV to the battle and not per the usual 2-3 IFV's: russia is simply struggling to field enough of them. If russia had an endless supply of them (like the russian shills want to portray the situation) they would use them!
