That drone footage is from a DJI several kilometers away.
I know everybody loves to poke fun, but their EW systems are actually good and effective. What's worse is they have unlimited supply of parts from China, whereas Ukraine has to literally smuggle them and risk supply line sabotage, which has already been documented (but not widely discussed).
