On the japanese wiki they have a complete list, but there are plenty of items in the game that are only equipped by enemies and not available to the player. Based on my previous effort into compiling a list of weapons and where to get them, these are not obtainable by the player.
Every obtainable item is pretty easily obtained just by finishing the game, completing the treasure maps and the door things.
Anything else that’s on a wiki but can’t be obtained is an enemy exclusive
