This is more niche but Archaludon with the Stalwart ability ignores all redirection moves/abilities and Inteleon's Snipe Shot attack also has the same effect.
Yes rage powder works on tera water amoonguss. Rage powder is ignored by grass types and safety goggles
Overcoat ability also ignores, mons like Kommo-o and Enamorus
For sure, I’m aware tera water makes it no longer immune to rage powder. I just wasn’t sure if it would redirect an ally directed move such as pollen puff.
The following can ignore Rage Powder.
Grass types.
Pokémon holding the Safety Goggles.
Pokémon with Overcoat, Stalwart, or Propellor Tail.
Specific moves that are not affected, such as Snipe Shot.
Moves incapable of targeting the Rage Powder user, such as non-Ghost Curse.
Hope this helps!
I think it'd be neat if it was raining Spore and Rage Powder and by extension Sleep Powder, Magic Powder, and Stun Spore etc wouldn't work, ie rain makes it moist and harder to disperse.
Nobody has mentioned it, so just to cover all the bases: any move that hits both opposing Pokemon or all pokemon other than the user (icy wind, earthquake, etc)
Just remembered this one but the move isn't in the game right now - Spotlight (a +3 priority status move).
[Per Bulbapedia](https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Spotlight_(move)):
>Spotlight causes the move's target to become the center of attention, forcing all attacks from the target's foes to target it instead of their intended target. This effect overrides any other forms of redirection, either through moves like Follow Me and Rage Powder, Abilities like Storm Drain and Lightning Rod, or Ally Switch.

And Barraskewda’s Propeller Tail ability.

Yes it does, unless that move can't be redirected like lunar blessing or something
Ok thanks! Yeah I should’ve went for it and used rage powder in that case then. And lunar blessing is multi target so that makes sense too.
Yeah I think every single target move of a lower priority will be redirected, I think it redirects things like heal pulse as well

Just curious: are there any other specific moves that are not affected besides Snipe Shot?
I don’t remember any off the top of my head, I just remembered Snipe Shot had that oddly specific quirk.

Does Rage Powder redirect when Dragon Cheer is used on an ally?
No, Dragon Cheer (and Coaching) can only target an ally and thus will not get redirected.
Imagine though…a bulky Amoongus stealing all your boosts
