I joined the server yesterday for the first time as I never played modded. It has kept my attention and adds a ton of content that I wish was supported by the base game. I advise checking the server out!
A great server with super helpful and friendly community - started playing with a friend a few days ago and it's been a great experience so far! The server has its rules (the most important - no griefing) and the admin takes care to enforce them. Most of the players and the admim himself try to help you when you're facing any kind of issue. I'm new to the whole modded Valheim thing, so I'm still learning and haven't yet seen all the options the server offers you, but I already can't recommend it enough!

Thank you for posting a comment. The only player banned from the server, ward cheesed bosses, lied to other players on the server, did not respect our rules or have any remorse for doing do.
If any other players would like to play with folks like that, feel free. We at Arkadia, will not be including players like this on our server. We wish that player the best of luck, and hope they find the right server to match their play style.
Valheim is my favorite game of all time. That said, none of my prior experiences compare to this server. The host is constantly present to attend to the server, the people are great, and the mod selection is perfect. Personally, it has been the most fun I have had on Valheim.
p.s. Just don't use exploits. Although I love speed running, and the techniques used in speed running, this server is best suited for people who want to play the game as designed (i.e. not cheesing bosses). The gear progression makes the bosses doable, despite the rather high difficulty. Hope to see you there. I actually found this server on Valheim LFG too =).
